Beijing Yongzhen Public Welfare Foundation is a non-public foundation established in 2013 with the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Civil Affairs. It was initiated by the sponsor and executive director Zhou Weiyan of Shenzhen One Foundation and Mr. Zeng Yong, a caring person. With the tenet of "Chinese wisdom, inheritance, sustainable, happy family, and harmonious community", Beijing Yongzhen Public Welfare Foundation aims to promote the development and inheritance of China's outstanding traditional culture, and the sustainable development of the community child inclusive service industry. Through idea advocacy, resource integration, platform construction, and project incubation, Yongzheng continues to use innovation as the driving force to jointly promote social progress across borders. Beijing Yongzhen Public Welfare Foundation is a 4A level social organization and a standing director of the China Community Development Association.

In 2013, Yongzhen initiated the project of Emilion Community Children's Sports Hall, which adopts the innovative form of social chain franchise to advocate and support the growth service support of 0-3 year old children and their families in the community. After three years of development, in 2015, it transformed into a "Emily Community Parent-Child Charity Alliance". The billionaire future special fund was subsequently established. The billionaire is the first community inclusive preschool parent-child service public welfare platform promoted by China's private forces.

At the end of 2016, under the vigorous advocacy and active promotion of Yongzheng, China Children and Teenagers Fund and China Community Development Association jointly launched the China Child Friendly Community Promotion Plan. Chinese child-friendly communities are committed to promoting the establishment of an inclusive community child service ecological platform and the training of inclusive child service social workers. Beijing Yongzhen Public Welfare Foundation is the sole implementing unit for the group standards of the "Child-Friendly Community Construction Code".

At the end of December 2016, Yongzheng and the China Children and Teenagers 'Fund jointly launched the China Children and Teenagers' Fund Qianmiao Plan special fund to start the Qianmiao Plan project. The Qianmiao Plan is an educational and innovative public welfare plan that promotes education equity and cultivates outstanding talents.
