The Qianmiao Plan is an educational and innovative public welfare plan jointly sponsored by the China Children and Teenagers Foundation and Beijing Yongzhen Public Welfare Foundation to cultivate outstanding talents and promote fair education.

Qianmiao plans adhering to the vision of "inclusive of high-quality resources, improving learning ability, helping education equity, and fulfilling children's dreams", exploring a scientific, innovative and sustainable public welfare model.

The Qianmiao Project has been awarded by the State Key Laboratory of Cognitive Neuroscience and Learning, China's Song Qingling Youth Science and Technology Cultural Exchange Center, China Children's Center, International School of Social Work and other professional organizations, as well as many scientists from the "Thousand Talents Program" Experts Association Recognition and support.  

In 2018, Qianmiao Plan will conduct the first public recommendation and selection of Qianmiao seeds for 20 national poor counties such as Ganzi County, Sichuan, Ziyun County, Guizhou, Chiping County, Hebei, and Yangxin County, Hubei. Follow-up training for 7-13 years until graduation. At the same time, share scientific learning methods with children and teachers in poverty-stricken areas to improve children's interest and efficiency in learning.

Three years of gestation, one and a half years of demonstration, the Qianmiao plan officially launched! Teachers and friends who are concerned about the fairness of education and the improvement of the quality of education are invited to participate in the launching ceremony on May 20th. Representatives from the scientific community, public welfare practice, education, and beneficiary government will do in-depth analysis!

We also welcome the recommendation of schools in poverty-stricken areas to support the development goals of the first stage of the Qianmiao plan: to find 9-15-year-old students who have no opportunities but dream of their dreams, and will continue to train for 7-13 years until they graduate from university. Continuous tracking and funding!
