The Qianmiao Plan is an educational and innovative public welfare plan jointly promoted by China Children and Teenagers' Fund and Beijing Yongzhen Public Welfare Foundation to promote fair education and cultivate outstanding talents.

Since its launch at Peking University on May 20, 2018, the Qianmiao Program has received wide public attention and the active participation of schools in poor areas. As of June 23rd, the registration is completed. A total of 1,226 students from 22 provinces, autonomous regions, 107 national poverty-stricken counties, and 313 primary and secondary schools recommended that they are motivated to study and have the ideal to sign up for the Qianmiao Program.

At present, the registration, testing, review and selection of Qianmiao seeds have been completed. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Qianmiao Plan Qianmiao Seed Recruitment Rules, in accordance with the principles of "fairness, justice, and openness", after school recommendation, expert material review, and online evaluation, the 2018 Qianmiao Plan Qianmiao Research Camp is scheduled to be admitted. Admission instructions

1. We believe that the children who apply for the Qianmiao Program are excellent, and each child will have a bright future. Because this year is the first year of the Qianmiao plan, there are many objective conditions, admission quotas and regional distribution indicators are very limited, and many very good children have not been included in this year's admission list. We regret this. But it doesn't matter. Any seedlings who have signed up for the Qianmiao plan can still participate in our online inclusive courses for free and can continue to sign up for the Qianmiao plan next year. As long as you persist, the door to Qianmiao will always be open for you.

2. Education and public welfare are very serious things. In the spirit of being responsible for children and responsible for the project, the list of Qianmiao admissions has been carefully reviewed and repeatedly considered by the expert evaluation committee and the Qianmiao Project Office, and the selection process Strictly follow the relevant requirements.

3. If you have not entered the admission list this time, the possible reasons are as follows:

1) The application materials are incomplete and lack key information, such as no cover letter and school recommendation letter;

2) The application materials are seriously missed, the attitude is not serious, and the materials are unqualified;

3) The area is not a national poverty county;

4) Family non-poor families;

5) Registered on the Qianmiao Plan website, but did not submit the application materials;

6) Submitted the application materials, but did not participate in the online assessment;

7) Signed up for online assessment but did not submit registration materials;

8) Forged materials and submitted false school recommendation letters;

9) Cheating online test, parents or teachers take the test;

10) Other circumstances.

4. The school supports students to use the extra-curricular time to study Qianmiao Pratt & Whitney courses online;

5. There are teachers in the school to follow up the various public welfare services of the Qianmiao plan;

6. Recognize the Qianmiao plan concept and maintain the Qianmiao plan public welfare brand.
